Q:	When I run the audio-visual tutorial the message "Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content" is displayed.

Yes. Please ensure you are running ReadOn Version 1.1.2 or later to ensure Vista compatibility. If you are using an earlier version, then visit our Software Update page to download and install an update.  

Q:	Can I download a demonstration or trial version of ReadOn?

Q:	How can I incorporate ReadOn into my Class Literacy Programme?

Q:	Does ReadOn read files like .txt or pdf? For example, if I have downloaded an ebook, will ReadOn be usable. I'd rather do that than scan books.

Our school has a computer lab of 23 computers. Students use the computers for weekly formal lessons as well as adhoc use during normal class time and lunchtime. Students do not generally have designated desks or computers. Can ReadOn be installed on our network so that students retain their individual settings no matter which computer they use?

Q:	My scanner in about 5 years old. Can I still use it for scanning text and images into ReadOn?
