Please try the following:

  • Go to: Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right Click on Command Prompt -> Run As Administrator.
  • Type cd C:\Windows\System32 and hit the Enter key.
  • Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll and hit the Enter key.
